Any fans of this classic metal band from the early 80's?

Oh HELL YEAH!!!!
My first exposure to The Rods was the album Wild Dogs, a friend of mine played that album one night when we were...hmmmm...."altered". The music was just total kick ass and I remember sitting and staring at the album cover the entire time it was playing.
My favorite release is actually "The Rods Live" issued on Combat. I bought that when it first came out and it stayed on regular rotation for a long time afterwards. The live versions of tracks like Hurricane just obliterate their studio counterparts.
The Rods were the epitome of "no-nonsense" heavy metal.

Of course, i love THE RODS, totaly underrated band. My fave albums must be IN THE RAW and LET THEM EAT METAL with the anthem ROCK WARRIORS.

I've always been partial to Wild Dogs, but they are all good.

I owned the The Rods self-titled second album, and Baby, you know, I am a Power Lover.
Great album. I wore it out. I need to buy the CD. It's been a long time.
