I am not sure I can disagree with that 100%, but I can see where your coming from. As the cliche goes you can never go home again applies here, it is as close as we are going to get to the old style Metallica.

Right...there's no going back to the garage. And "as close as we are going to get" isn't good enough for me to keep listening...

A co-worker lent me the cd and I gave it a few listens, and though it was ok, it did not catch my ears at all and I will not be getting this at any time. I can see why others may enjoy it though...

I really like the new album.
Im probably gunna catch alot crap for sayin this but, iv always liked what they put out. Even if some albums are better than others, they have always done what they wanted to do and what felt right at the moment. & i respect that.

Yeah, but Justice is MILES ahead of St. Anger in terms of musical composition.

Personally, I think St. Anger had some great ideas musically. I liked Frantic, and I thought the intro to Invisible Kid wasn't too shabby. I think the songs would have been some good demos to work off of, but they shouldn't have released them at the stage they were in.
