I consider Maiden to be way overrated. I can't stand Dickinson's castrato vocals. The band has its moments but if I want to hear soprano vocals I'll listen to Nightwish. The only Maiden album I own is a comp and that's more than enough.

IE on the other hand has Matt Barlow who's vocals I love.

Yes, this is one of my island cd's. I would take Dark Saga as well. I like Maiden but not nearly as much as Barlow era IE.

I much prefer Maiden with Di'Anno, but when it comes to IE, no contest for me on who Id pick.

Hallowed is a great song but I'd take The Coming Curse from SWTWC over any Maiden song..
