I watched bowl games all day.

Right now I'm watching the Rose Bowl and the Penn State band just played a Queen medley at halftime.

Queen! The only songs that aired were the end of Bohemian Rhapsody and the beginning of Bicycle Race. I was impressed with the BR rendition. That guitar part that kicks the song into gear right before "So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye..." was carried off by the brass section. Pretty impressive.

I wish we had been able to play Queen when I was in marching band.

Quite understandable. I spent many summers in my teens working a game stand in an amusement park which means I had to deal with the general public. Not a great way to gain a positive impression of mankind.
