I would love to spend a Fall/Winter in Ireland, Scotland or British countryside one year. Old thatch-roofed stone house with a a stove heater. Some great Brit-Lit, a pipe and the right music and just chill. Go watch any sports if they come close and walk the countryside when the eyes need a break.
