Is there a Warrant war going on? What the hell happened to this board????

No war, they already own you.

For a board with members that are "so tr00 MeTal", it certainly filled up with it's share of Warrant quotes in no time.

I'm not a huge fan of theirs, but they have some okay songs.

Then again, I like a lot of pop rock. The older I get, the more I like it too.

I saw 'em 2 or 3 times live back in the day. They were a fun band.

Total coincidence, but I happen to have Warrant's ULTRAPHOBIC CD with me right now. Scored this one in a trade w/Saxon some time ago. Pretty good stuff. A bit more "modern rock" sounding than the CHERRY PIE and DOG EAT DOG discs though.

I don't know about you guys, but listening to Warrant 'Sure Feels Good To Me'. Dog Eat Dog is a very good disc; I like it a little more than Ultraphobic

EDIT: Turns out I actually have Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinkin Rich. But, either way, they suck.

Warrant weren't that bad. 'Cherry Pie' had a lot of fun songs on it.

Me n Auntie saw them about 8 years ago. At the end of "Heaven", Jani did the "wink". He was completely showered with beer and cups and whatever else. I thought it was pretty cool that he has that era in perspective and can have fun with it. We tried to speak to him in the crowd between bands, but he was already half way down some chicks pants and didn't seem to "have the time for us at that moment". Understandable. So, I guess I have a certain messure of respect for those guys. Wish I could have seen them with St James, as I have been a BNB fan since birth. I heard BNB might be touring this summer? Anyone know anything about that?

Yeah, their ballads suck but so do most everyone's. Warrant had a lot of rockin' tunes IMO.

ehh.......yeah I would say you did PWN the thread.........but I feel sorry for you.

Heck I cant lie, I have Cherry Pie on cd. The version with "Ode To Tipper Gore" on it. I do like that album and the first one wasnt that bad. I havent heard anything from their other albums. I saw them live on the Cherry Pie tour and they were very very good. A great live band.

They helped us swallow a Bitter Pill.

BTW, that happens to be one of my favorite songs from the early 90's.
