The Song is actually called Dog The Bounty Hunter. I have a 4 disc boxset called Prince of darkness which was released in 2005 and the track is on disc 3 credited as previously unreleased. I think this is the only way you can get this song.

I know, I did the same. Bought undercover not knowing the boxet was around the corner. Still if your a big Ozzy fan the boxset does have a lot of good stuff on it and if I remeber it wasn't very expensive.
