Today in English class we watched one of the most boring movies of all time: The Day After Tomorrow. Since class is about 2 hours long, we watched it for the first 45 min., and ended up making fun of it for the rest of the period. I love these periods when you do absolutley nothing.

I took a class called English Goes To THe Movies aboud 30 years ago. We watched some really good stuff like "Cool Hand Luke" and "Requiem For a Heavyweight". But we watched some real snoozefests like "Splender In The Grass"; watching the grass grow is more entertaining.

Zeitgeist, The Movie. I saw it on zeitgeistmovie.com. If you're a religious person, I recommend not watching the first part because it makes religion seem like a giant lie. However, the second part and beyond are all about the government and how corrupt it can be. The 9/11 stuff is pretty insane to think about.

Death At A Funeral-Those Brits know how to write a good side splitting black comedy. If you like dark comedy and British comedy you'll want to see that one.

I don't know if you've read the epic Beowulf, but I thought that the movie didn't follow it at all. I only saw the last 10 min. or so, and I found like 6 or 7 major things wrong.

Today at the hookah lounge:

Rattouille & Tim Burton's Charlie And The Chocolate Factory. I hadn't seen the first one yet, but I thought it was good-hearted family fun. Ironic, since I was with a bunch of friends at the hookah bar!
