They're a great band, but am I the only who who finds the vocalist overpowering? Dude could've practiced a little restraint...

Ya know, Shea, I don't think I would like them as much without Vic's vox. He has that unique voice like Lemmy, Udo, Carl Albert, or Graham Bonnet, where you instantly know it's them and their brand.

I like it! Vic still sounds great and the first track has a sort of late '70's Priest vibe to the music. Especially after the break down before the solo. The second track was great as well. Psyched for this! Thanks for the intel, WF. Release date?

I don't think there's firm date but sometime in April has been mentioned.

I just did a quick check on ebay and the only CD of Go For the Throat is $50. There's a signed LP for $75, too. There are better prices from the international shippers/ sellers, but I only buy from North America as I got whacked an extra $14 from customs on a few Michael Schenker discs some years back from a dude in Japan. I am not letting that happen again.

I don't know if you use Discogs, but there's a copy for 29.88 plus shipping for sale right now:

I use Discogs all the time and I haven't had a problem. You can get some good deals there.

I know "of" the site, but have never used it. Thanks, WF. That's a much better price than the jackass that wants $907.71 for it on Amazon!!!!

Thanks RF. This one is a must buy. But it will probably take an eternity to reach me. Most of the websites i order from are not dispatching any mail to my part of the globe, until further notice.
Amazon uk, which has always been the most practical for me, has stated that they hope to resume deliveries as soon as possible.
Anyways, it's on the want list.
