Anyone at all here like black metal?

I am a really big fan of black metal especially old stuff like Mayhem, Darkthrone, Bathory, Venom, smurf poo like that new stuff is pretty good to some of it gets so old though

I like blackened stuff (mostly the Folk, Pagan, Viking stuff) but not really any full-on BM....

Folk, Pagan, Viking are all really good. Out of those id have to choose viking

You pretty much named most of the ones I really like, minus Burzum and Marduk. But on the whole, I don't get into much black metal, although I do love Darkthrone and Venom

I like some Horde, Antestor, and Holy Blood (if those count)

Eyesore its to much work searchin for posts that have been done.

I guess I just don't get it so I stick to Thrash, Power and even occational Death.

Black metal is great. one of my fave sub genres. i'm not really into the pompous stuff like Dimmu though.

Dimmu I like but i wouldnt really consider them Black Metal. their old smurf poo was more black but regardless i still like em

Mayhem, Carpathian Forest, Black Withchery, Venom, Christ Inversion, etc etc.....

.......and Bathory.

All those bands are amazing

Ancient, Bathory, Dissection are favorites. I don't consider Venom Black Metal.

I dont really consider them black metal but they did influence black metal bands so
