| I'm trying to put toghter every possible cover I can think of, and maybe find a song for all 8 of the Ozzy albums and hopefully the Dio ones. Right here is my list of what I've found so far, let me know if you have a suggestion and feel free to upload it.
Since this is for my personal enjoyment, don't be offended if I reject a band you like... such as the Type O Negative cover. (While a cool concept, i just don't enjoy their music.)
Live versions are acceptable as long as their quality is radio or album quality.
BLACK SABBATH 1."Black Sabbath" - Iced Earth or Type O Negative or Flower Travelling Band (Japanese band from 1970) 2."The Wizard" - The Bullring Brummies or Pride & Glory 3."Behind the Wall of Sleep" - Static X 4."N.I.B." - Ugly Kid Joe or Primus 5."Wicked World" - Spirit Caravan 6."A Bit of Finger/Sleeping Village/Warning" - Aynsley Dunbar's Retaliation (the original version of "Warning") 7. "Evil Woman (Don't Play Your Games With Me)" - Crow (the original version)

| There are a few great versions of War Pigs. My favorite is Magdalen as it is very unique. Sacred Reich and Tesla also pull off good versions of War Pigs.
After Forever, gotta go with Deliverance. Troglodyte Dawn also cover the song but changed the lyrics slightly and called the song Forever After. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

I'm not a big big fan but their studio version was great. (Their live version belonged in the garbage) Coulden't find a download of Magdalen's but ill certainly look into them when i have money for CDs again.

| On the second page about half down (after putting the code in), there is a timer. When that expires, you should get a pop up of the download. |

| Wonderful, someone is giving me smurf poo on the Deth forums for picking the Iced Earth cover over the Type O Negative cover.
A. Why does everyone hate Iced Earth so much? B. Why do people sit there and try to tell you your taste sucks? Thats probably one of the worst qualities a person can have.

I like the Iced Earth version. I am not even remotely a fan of Type O Negative. However, just ignore people's opinions and listen to what you like. People have to tell you your taste/opinions suck to make themselves feel better about themselves. ult _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

I might put that one in instead of the Machine Head one. Overkill also has done "Hole In The Sky" in their live sets from time to time. There's a live version of it on their F**K YOU AND THEN SOME disc. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| This is a pretty cool idea. I can't think of any other Sabbath covers that Ult didn't list. Think this concept would work for any other band besides Sabbath? |

Think this concept would work for any other band besides Sabbath? Probably Judas Priest would have alot of covers too.

| Yep JP is a possibility at least with the classic stuff, not sure you'd find covers of stuff off Rocka Rolla. Maybe Iron Maiden too, and maybe the first 3 Metallica albums? |

Priest is a good suggestion. How about Led Zeppelin? Or The Rolling Stones? I know I've heard more than a few covers of 'Paint It Black' or 'Brown Sugar'.

A friend of mine brought up that what seems unique about Sabbath is that theres not very many doubles, so its easy to come up with a large playlist, whereas alot of bands get the same song covered over and over.
