You think they had a bad stretch? Which albums? I like all their stuff, even all the offshoots, but it's definitely not a style/band I can listen to for long stretches.

I think the period from Triumph or Agony through Dark Wings of Steel was pretty bland.
I could see that on Triumph or Agony and The Frozen Tears of Angels, both of which are more cinematic, slower, less heavy. But From Chaos to Eternity and Dark Wings of Steel are pretty dang good, especially From Chaos to Eternity, which is more like their traditional power metal style than the other three.

Two from Hells Headbangers Distro's Black Friday sale... they've been trapped in the bowels of the US Postal Service and arrived nearly two weeks past their expected delivery date, pffft!
Judas Priest - Live and Rare 1973-75 (bootleg) ...7 tracks from the 1975 Reading Festival, one from '73 with Al Atkins on vox, and three from Halford's first gig with Priest in '73.
Forbidden Evil - The Bloody Birth (bootleg) - demos and rehearsal/live cuts from before they changed their name to Forbidden.
