Yeah, it's really good. Was happy to find there was some damn guitars on the album, because those singles had me worried. For whatever reason, the videos seems to dull the guitar tone on those tunes, and it's much more prominent on the album.
And is it just me, but is Yannis's vocals getting worse? He's gotten "rougher" with each album.

I've been debating about that Wildhearts album. The songs I've heard have their typical "Ginger moments" of melodic goodness but there's too much that sounds like his heavier projects. This sounds more in the vein of Renaissance Men which I didn't care for too much.

The wife said my package of Charly Patton 78's came in the mail today. 21 in all. Traded a gas tank from a 66 Shovelhead and headlight assembly for a 51 Indian Warrior.

It's definitely a bit on the heavier, more punk side, like Renaissance Men.
This bonus track (not on the version I bought) comes off like a demo, but it's a great, classic-sounding Wildhearts song. Wish they'd done a proper version of it.
