This is probably the hardest choice right here. I love both to death. Schenker is probably a better metal guitarist, but Blackmore is an actual wizard. That literal wizard that made his slaves build that giant tower in Stargazer and then climbed on top of it.
How could I betray my first true love? I will vote for Blackmore until he falls off that giant tower/pyramid thingy.

Blackmore I guess. I have a few DP and Rainbow albums, but only a hits comp of MSG. Both highly skilled and both also egomaniacs.

Schenker is more of a fave of mine than Ritchie, but I consider Blackmore to be the 1A in the Godfather of Riffs category to Iommi.

Whose music do I dig better MS. Whom is technically more of a "guitar hero", just judging on the timeline only? RB. But, RB decided to bath himself in celtic folk garbage the last two decades. Schenker, although his output is only OK at best? C'mon. Is there really a choice here???
