| Currently watching Green Bay at New England.
Here we go again with the officials giving the Patsies every single break they can. Holy crap I HATE this team; more than any other team in any other sport. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Various college football games.
Currently watching Oklahoma St vs Oklahoma. I think both team left their defenses in the locker room. It's currently 34-28 OK early in the third quarter.
Well this shootout is now 41-41 with just under 10 minutes left to play. I gotta admit, I love games like this. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| I didn't watch any sports today apart from seeing a bit of the Blues/Wild game on TV today. However, I did get to meet two former NHL players, Paul MacLean and Alex Tanguay, as a result of the Hometown Hockey festivities going on in my hometown this weekend; I got an autograph from both. I also got to meet Ron McLean and Tara Slone (the Hometown Hockey co-hosts; Ron McLean is also Don Cherry's partner on Coach's Corner). | |

| That's cool RF!
Don Cherry is the guy with the wild sports coats isn't he? I think I've seen him on ESPN. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

That the Steelers won that game is unbelievable. They didn't do squat for about three quarters. I've been watching NFL Red Zone all day and when they cut back to the Jaguars/Steelers game I was floored. And how ironic is it that that 33 years TO THE DAY after Joe Theisman's gruesome broken leg, Washington QB Alex Smith breaks his leg? _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I was watching that game and instantly thought of Theismann when they showed the replay...but had no idea it was the same freaking day! Watched that track meet last night. I'm not a fan of the NFL's new video game scores, but last night was pretty fun. I think high scoring games like that are more fun when they're rare, not the norm. I went to brush my teeth during a commercial and come back to see that Mahomes hit Hill for 73 yards, just like that! Did some digging on Football Reference and was surprised to find out that that was the FIFTH! time someone has thrown 6 TDs and lost! Also, the career record for 6 TD games is three (Peyton Manning), and Mahomes already has two in a 9 week stretch. Notables with only one such game: Marino Fouts Favre

I watched this game too. There were some good defensive plays but not enough defensively to stop their opponents from scoring.
