Really happy with this. They weren't found not guilty, the charges were dropped. They could still be prosecuted in the future. Not likely, but it could happen. | |

Really happy with this.
They weren't found not guilty, the charges were dropped. They could still be prosecuted in the future. Not likely, but it could happen. Yeah, but dropping the charges means there was some really good evidence that was going to swing heavily in the band's favor. | |

Really happy with this.
They weren't found not guilty, the charges were dropped. They could still be prosecuted in the future. Not likely, but it could happen.
Yeah, but dropping the charges means there was some really good evidence that was going to swing heavily in the band's favor. I'm sure it came down to the inconsistency of the supposed victim and her recollections and the prosecutors office unwillingness to move forward. | |
