| There are parts of all of these that I like but were too different for the fanbase.
Vote for your favourite but also say which one had you throwing the CD against the wall!

| I only have three of those listed (Megadeth,Crimson Glory, & Helloween). Of those three I enjoy Helloween's Chameleon the most. I think there are a lot of good songs on it. | |

| I chose Risk, I absolutely love that album in its original mix. Endorama, Angel Rat and Chameleon are ones I really like too. Great poll! | |

| I chose other, because Slayers newest album came to mind. I didn't understand all the hate it received. Is it their best? Hell no, but to me it's not a bad one either.
Far as throwing one against the wall, out of that list, it would be Celtic Frost. Not even sure if I got all the way thru that album, and I am a huge Celtic Frost fan.

| I chose other for Iron Maiden's No Prayer For The Dying cd. To me every song kicks butt on that thing; Tailgunner, Holy Smoke, Bring Your Daughter, Mother Russia. Everyone I talked to hated that record.
Megadeth is one of my favourite bands but I thought that the shellacking they got on Risk and Super Collider was well deserved.

| Never got into Celtic Frost but wasn't Cold Lake their infamous glam album? | |

| Strange & Beautiful, definitely. Crimson Glory's sound works surprisingly well as a blues-based hard rock/metal group.
and I'd agree about No Prayer for the Dying, too. That album is underrated as shit, I really really love the title track and Public Enema No. 1 especially. (also, i wrote this article about it: Summer of Maiden: No Prayer)

| Very interesting poll. I'd have to listen to Strange & Beautiful again as I haven't listened to it in quite awhile. I'm going with Cold Lake. Despite Cherry Orchards this isn't a complete glam metal album. There are still some older CF moments on this album. | |

| Risk. "Wanderlust" is one of my favorite Megadeth songs, and I love "Breadline" as well. | |

| Toss up between Risk and Strange & Beautiful for me. Neither album is a frequent spinner but I don't hate'em either.
Helloween's Chameleon, tho... ugh. It's the only CD of theirs I have traded off. Godawful. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

I've never heard that. I saw it a few years ago in a used store and passed it up. Naturally, when I went back it was gone. I'd like to pick it up eventually.

It's not a full on thrash album, so you'll be disappointed if you expect a Twisted into Form sound. They went the 90's route of groove metal, but they pulled it off very well. The songs were memorable & Russ sounded fantastic over those grooves. _________________

| Of those listed, I give "Cold Lake" the most spins. "Risk" is growing on me, but I'm a Mega-Dave fan-boy My "other" would be "Violent New Breed" by Shotgun Messiah or maybe "Night Of The Crime" by Icon ? _________________ | |

Is a good album, I always liked. Couldn't really understand why people dislike is as much.

| From the list I went with Roots. I dig the tribal stuff and really it was starting to creep in on Chaos A.D anyway.
My own pick would be Exodus- Force of Habit.Great groove on that album. Also Nuclear Assaults Something Wicked.

Excellent pick. That was a truly great album. Just as good as their others, only different. _________________

| Realised that I didn't name my own pick which was Endorama which is the Kreator album I reach for most often these days and I hope that Mille revisits this style one day. Could just as easily said Angel Rat though and the one that I forgot about was Coroner's Grin. | |
