I'm digging that. I like how they kind of reversed the dynamic between verse and chorus. I like how quick the phrasing is during the chorus rather than the typical tactic of spitting total fire in verses then back right off in the chorus for simple phrasing or a big hook.

I can agree with that to a certain extent. That being said, their last album Dark Roots... left me kinda "meh" and this new tune kinda feels the same.

Second song is a lot catchier. Looking forward to the album
Concerning the meaning behind the album, it is an interesting take on things. The ancient alien stuff is pretty entertaining. I don't buy into it because I believe in one true Creator. But it's cool stuff for a metal album.
