You may have no one to root for but trust me, as a former St. Louis Rams fan, you can always find someone to root against.
My whole philosophy with the NFL this year is root for whoever is playing the Rams.
And I'm rooting for whoever is playing the Chicago Maddons.

I saw the last bit of the Jays/Indians game.
Sad to see the Jays are out, but they had a really good season overall.

Yeah, that was sad.
They were my team in the post-season once the Cardinals didn't make it. I was looking forward to the Jays blasting the ball all over Wrigley in the World Series but for some reason their bats just went dormant after the ALDS. And against a bunch of Cleveland pitchers I've never even heard of other than Kluber.

I watched that game. Cleveland's relievers pitched as many innings as the Indian starters.
Then I watched LA get clubbed by the Cubs.

Oh for sure on rooting against the Cubs. The Dodgers are basically the NL version of the Yankees and I have to root against any team from Cleveland no matter what. But the shit that Maddon and the Cubs have pulled made them the vilest of villains.

Now you're talkin'!
I actually don't mind the Cubs too much even though since I'm a Cardinal fan I'm supposed to. But I absolutely loathe Maddon so I just root against the Chicago Maddons.

I'm watching the MTSU/Missouri game.
I used to root for Mizzou until all that crap erupted about "safe spaces" and the football team walking out, etc. Now I root for their candy-asses to get kicked. And the fact that I used to live in Murfreesboro, TN (where MTSU is) and have been to that campus numerous times makes today's game even more enjoyable.
Right now it's MTSU - 51, Mizzou - 46 (yeah there's been zero defense in this game)

Final: MTSU - 51 Mizzou - 45
In Columbia, MO on homecoming weekend no less. That just makes it sweeter. Tomorrow there will probably be an article in the sports section here about how the University Of Missouri is providing counselors for their emotionally damaged student body.
Now on to the NLCS where I hope Kershaw dominates the Chicago Maddons....but I doubt it.

HAHAHAHA!!
Rams lose again! They've dropped 3 in a row. Four picks for Keenum. Enjoy your pathetic team LA.

Yeah, I thought LA asking Kershaw for yet another outstanding performance this post-season was pushing it and I was right. They seriously need to find some other starting pitchers because they get real iffy after Kershaw. Maeda was good during the season but he just melted down after that.

Rich Hill was a really good edition to their pitching staff. Injuries to McCarthy, Ryu and Wood surely didn't help. I think Julio Urias is going to be good. Their middle relief is just plain awful!

Watching the World Series.
C'mon Tribe! Gotta win this one because Kluber is their Kershaw. If they lose with their ace I think it's all over.
EDIT: Oh crap. That's not a good omen. The Indians get the chick that sang "Fight Song" to do the National Anthem for the first game of the World Series? She wasn't terrible but she certainly wasn't good.

So far Kluber looks like Kluber.
EDIT: Wow. Kluber is the first WS pitcher to fan 8 batters in 3 innings.

This Schwarber story is amazing.
How the hell does this guy miss the entire season with multiple knee injuries and surgeries, go to the AZ Fall League for a couple weeks then get plugged into the World Series and just start blasting the ball like he'd been on the team all year?
I hate Maddon but I have to give big props to Kyle Schwarber.

Well the Chicago Maddons are up 5-0 in the 5th and the Indians haven't even mustered so much as a hit yet so I'm bailing on this game.
