Now I'm watching the Jays take batting practice against the Rangers. Two more homers already in the first inning. I soooooo want to see Toronto get to the World Series since I think the Shlubs will win the NL. I'd love to see this team of mashers at Wrigley.

Watched the Steelers beat the Jets 31-13. At the 2 minute warning of the first half the Steelers trailed 13-7. They were able to drive down the field for a score right before the half to take a one point lead and then never looked back.

Did you see Riggle's schtick on the Fox pre-game show this morning? He was doing cheers with the Cowboys cheerleaders and one of the them consisted of Riggle yelling "J-E-T-S, JETS!!!" and the rest of the chearleaders following with "SUCK, SUCK, SUCK, SUCK!" I literally LOL'd.

Currently watching the Nats/Dodgers game.
C'mon Nats! I'm still pissed at LA for not even trying to win one damn game in the final series against San Fran.

Same here. Although I'm flipping back and forth between Smackdown and the game.
And I'm still mad at LA. If they had only tried half this hard in just one damn game against the Giants in the final series of the season my Cardinals could have made it in for the 6th straight year. Of course we'd have been clobbered by the Mets but that's not the point...

And I see that the Cubs rallied to beat the Giants. Now I have to root for either the Dodgers or Nationals....and I can't stand either one of those teams.

Yeah so did I. So now they can get their asses kicked by the Cubs. It kills me to have to root for LA in that series but such is my hate for Joe Maddon.
I'm watching the ALCS too. Go Jays! I think they match up best against the Shlubs. I'd love to see those bats at Wrigley. If the wind was blowing out they might set a record for most HRs in a post-season game.

Today I watched the LA Rams lose to Detroit. It was an entertaining game and I was of course happy with the outcome (the Rams are my most hated team now, even moreso than New England).
Now I'm watching NFL Redzone while I wait for Game 2 of the Cubs waxing of the Dodgers. I sure wish the Giants had won the NLDS. I have no love for San Fran but I just think they would have been a more difficult matchup for the Shlubs.
I don't know how Kershaw can possibly be worth a crap tonight. He's about the only pitcher LA has and he's be used extensively in the post-season.

Wow, Aaron Rogers better stop with the commercials and concentrate on football. He just coughed up the ball as the Packers were going in for a score. He's looked like crap this game.

Yeah Green Bay looked terrible. No defense and the offense was pathetic; I've never seen Rodgers miss so many open receivers.

And I watched the Steelers sleep walk through their game with the Dolphins and lose 30-15. Plus, Roethlisberger injures his knee and will be out for an indeterminate time. Can that guy go through one season without an injury where he misses time?

I was watching Gotham because these ALCS games have been a snoozefest but I'm watching Cleveland/Toronto now. I so want Toronto to win because I think they can beat the Shlubs.

Damn! Somehow the Indians beat the Jays. I was really looking forward to watching Toronto bash the crap out of the ball at Wrigley to humble the "mighty" Cubs. But the Jays just went comatose for the ALCS after bashing the crap out of the ball for the ALDS.
Now I guess I have to root for Cleveland in the WS regardless of which NL team they face because I'm still pissed at LA for rolling over and dying for the final series against the Giants and thus keeping STL out of the post-season. And the other remaining NL team is the Chicago Maddons so of course I'm sure as hell not rooting for them.

You can root against the Chicago Maddons.
Remember this:
Quote :
On September 17, 2015, during a game against the Chicago Cubs, Kang was covering second base in a double play attempt. Baserunner Chris Coghlan attempted break up the double play by sliding into Kang. Coghlan collided with Kang's left knee, fracturing his leg and tearing his MCL. Kang was placed on the 60-day disabled list and would miss the remainder of the season
Remember, Maddon's team NEVER does anything wrong and is always the wronged party in any dispute.
The old "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" philosophy. That's what I'm using. I'm still pissed at LA. In fact some here think they rolled over on purpose just to keep STL out because of how we've dominated Kershaw in post-season. I'm not buying that conspiracy theory but they still didn't even try that series and kept my Cardinals out of post-season.
But LA is playing The Maddons so they're my friends now.
