but I did hear of him - from others - obviously
kid even came around here - about 15 months ago -
to book sign - a lecture type thing -

I'm a believer but I think all these tourist trips to heaven are lies. Good way to make some cash though.

Pretty much. I'm a believer too, so it probably Sounds weird, as a man who believes wholeheartedly in a God we can't see, to say this but many Christians are entirely too superstitious. It's not just christians, heaven tourism is big business.

I'm a Christian as well and I guess I'm a cynic/skeptic because I always question such claims as well.

Your not the only one. Doesn't make you a skeptic. Makes you discerning.

yep. I think most of these things are a grab for cash.

Another one? I just knew about that kid that wrote the Heaven is for Real book that was also made into a movie.

reminds me of a teenage female/young woman that was eventually caught after a couple years of raising funds claiming she had cancer.

I too am a believer and think a lot of these near death experiences are imagined or dreamed or whatever. That being said, I think the Heaven is for Real story could be true.

I too am a believer in Christ Jesus who wholeheartedly believes in the spiritual realm..(in fact I believe we are a spirit and not the flesh in the mirror)....not surprised when someone says they lied but don't doubt that maybe some have seen heaven or hell and came back to tell us about it...I am always interested in the things of the spiritual realm...
