Heaven's Gate!!!

Thanks to Ghost I've been spending a lot of money lately! Just got my first Heaven's Gate cd ever in the mail (heard them on the Comp. Ghost sent me on Swap IV). This is truly amazing! I can't believe all the incredible music that was pushed underground for the last 15-16 years that I'm still catching up on. I bought Hell For Sale! and Labyrinth - Return To Heaven Denied . - both new - and that's the best $15.51 I've spent in a while! Great stuff....

Ghost...that Labyrinth is from 1998.....you know I've bought some Freedom Call and have my eyes on Mob Rules from that Comp as well (plus a couple I can't remember right now).

I have a few of their CDs. Early German power metal. Good stuff. I actually have a couple more CDs I still need to review for NLTM.

I have HELL FOR SALE by Heaven's Gate... not bad but I never felt the need to go tracking down any of their other CDs. I do get a kick out of the cover of the Monty Python song ("Always Look on the Bright Side of Life") from "The Life of Brian"

I like old HEAVENS GATE very much too. Check out MANIA too, also a great underrated german band.
