According to teh interwebs, The Black Keys album sold 328,000 in the States, plus an additional 40,000 in Canada and 100,000 in Great Britain. Not too shabby for a popular rock act in 2014, but still shy of 8 million.
It'll be interesting to see what kind of numbers AC/DC can post with this new album. They still are still one of the last hold-outs from itunes too, aren't they?
EDIT: Nope, my bad. AC/DC' entire discography became available on itunes in November of 2012.
Don't forget sales in Europe, South America, Asia.... could pump up those numbers a bit

Here's an article I saw on another forum I post at about the decline of record sales: http://www.craveonline.ca/music/articles/775917-wtf-not-a-single-album-has-gone-platinum-in-2014
As nice as it would be to see happen, I don't see AC/DC breaking that spell.

The first bad sign came even before AC/DC started recording their new album, Rock or Bust, in Vancouver last May: The group's longtime drummer, Phil Rudd, was 10 days late for the sessions. "One minute he was coming, then he wasn't, then he was," lead guitarist Angus Young recalls. "We're not a band that likes to wait around." At one point, Young says, producer Brendan O'Brien decided Rudd had one last chance to show up." Brendan said, 'If he's not here by Friday, there will be another drummer there.'"

This CD is going to sell - big time. I clicked on hoping to hear a new track Angus can forgive Rudd, because he went through this with Malcom - The Black Ice tour grossed a STAGGERING 463 million dollars - The Young's are one of the top richest faimlies in' the land down under' - I cant believe George is still involved - like chairman of the board - Stevie has his hands full - for sure - but he's part of the faimly - and will be beloved in concert.

I kinda like this song better than 'Play Ball'.

While on first listen I don't like it as much as Stiff Upper Lip or Black Ice, it's still a good record. Everything one would expect from AC/DC.
I also thought Rudd's solo release this year was pretty good.

I'm no AC/DC expert, but this one seems a bit bluesier than recent albums. Really good stuff, though.

Compared to today's album lengths, it's short. Compared to classic AC/DC, it is shorter but not by much.
I like it - decent album

Black Ice was practically a double album by AC/DC standards.

I like that bands are getting back to the "less-is-more" attitude. All killer, no filler!! Leave 'em wanting more!!

It debuted at #3 in the United States (Black Ice is the only AC/DC album that debuted at #1 in the United States) with approximately 172,000 copies sold.
Still, not bad at all for a hard rock band in this day and age.

I'm pretty sure For Those About to Rock debuted at Number 1 in the US as well....

I do have to smile at all the winter parties many of our fellow metal heads will be having ! Christmas vacation vibe - days off from work - etc - invited over somewhere wild - Booze - some smoke - a dark room - for hours - and putting the new AC DC on - outside it's a winter night - inside - a warm happy buzz with friends - plenty to go around - Glassprison saying the first 5 songs rock - damn - now that gets me going !
