Napalm Death or Sarcofago ? I´d vote for Sarcofago. the music , the lyrics , the look.

Lyrically, it doesn't get more extreme than:
"If you are a false don't entry Because you'll be burned and died!"

I´m not a fan of either ND or Sarcofago, but there was a strife between Sarcofago and Sepultura in the 80´s and I think Sarcofago tried to be as extreme as they could be in an attempt to "humiliate" Sepultura. thing is both bands are influent , but I think the tag "legend" is more related to Sarcofago than Sepultura. Sep is great , I like their first 5 albums, but Sarcofago was extremely influential to the whole 2nd wave black metal scene.

Max hates Wagner to this day , and Wagner despises Max to this day. But Wagner became a renowed university teacher in a very important university here.
No one will understand a word on this video , but its about this strife between such bands:

There where few albums that really shocked me when I first heard them. One of them was "Reek of Putrefaction" and the other was I.N.R.I. not of my liking , but I respect them as being as radical and extreme as they could be for that year.

The fact that Wagner from Sarcofago is an economics professor makes Sarcofago the obvious winner.
Like 'em both, just like Sarcofago just a tad more.

The more extreme I think would have been Napalm Death, but I like Sarcofago better.

Your logic is flawless.
Personally, I'd go Napalm Death. However while both are extreme bands, this is comparing two opposite ends of the spectrum.

To me,Poison was the most extreme. My God,I remember looking at the cover of "Look what the Cat Dragged In" and I was in complete shock. I know they debuted in 86 but I first became aware of them in 87....

When you mention "RDP" are you referring to "Ratos de Porão" ? or not ? I mean I don´t like this band, but they are pretty famous here and in some parts of Europe. I REALLY don´t like the vocals and the music is too punkish for my taste.

Well believe they would not accept the compliment as "mighty" because they are punk , punk , punk hardcore all the way , I saw a concert of them back in 1994 and it was actually great but as I stated above. not my cup of tea. I´d go with other bands for the "Crossover" sound.
The thing is , RDP´s music is not completely punk-hardcore or crust , they have metal influences that come and go depending on the album. from 1985 to 1990 they got progressively metal until they released "Anarkophobia" , a Thrash Metal album basically. but then they started to return to the punk HC roots and they are still located in the middle of the 2. but their roots and they attitude are completely punk.

BTW RDP was no near as extreme as Napalm or Sarcofago. My brother had the fisrt 2 albums of RDP and some more , they are certainly aggressive, but not as extreme as black-death metal or grindcore.
