Cool. But technically, wouldn't it fall under a different name since it is a different band?

Over time, that threads has become an All Things King's X-related thread.

Yeah, but alot of folks say their peace about something and carry on. So another thread isn't gonna interest them much. So if ya wanna converse about that band, your best bet is to do it there.

Pretty sure this album is going to kick ass! So far it sounds like it might be one of the best things Dug and George have ever done.

This actually has the potential to tour, IMO...hopefully they do.

Is it fair to assume that Doug will be doing all the vocals on this? George isn't going to attempt singing is he?

I would say that's a fair assumption...

Haven't been geeked up about anything Doug has been doing since "Supershine", but this sounds promising...

The Pinnick-Pridgen-Gales album is excellent too. And this is coming from a non-King's X fan.

Dug should be the only vocalist on that album, he's a much better singer than Eric who should have just played guitar.

I didn't seem to mind. In fact I don't think I even took notice on the first few listens.

Sounds great!!!!! I'll be picking this one up. I was worried about the drummer (because of the Korn connection), but he sounds fine.

Ray is one of the finest drummers out there. He was hired as a permanent member of KORN many years ago and can play any style of music. He really shined with Army of Anyone and his drumming on Billy Sheehan's album Holy Cow just showcases his talent..
even if you don't like KORN this is brilliant!!

Luzier was in the DLR Band as well with John 5(or Lowery as he was known as then. He co-wrote this song).

All things aside, koRn's drumming was always pretty badass, even before Luzier. It was the vocals and bass tone that I didn't like.

I love Jonathon Davis's vocals!! His lyrics are also pretty crazy and honest haha!! As far as the bass sound, it got worse the more they released albums but that was their trademark sound. I agree about their drumming.

The music sounds freaking great. Much better than I was expecting as I'm not a huge fan of George Lynch. They mix it up with the styles, but it all gels so well together. I just wish I could get into Doug's voice. I try & I try & I just can't get into it.
Ray is a very rhythmic drummer, while still technically proficient.
