| King Crimson - 40th Anniversary series (CD+DVD-A) - these are all essential and contain copious amounts of bonus material
Jethro Tull - Remasters - The early 2000s remasters of the Jethro Tull catalog each contained numerous bonus tracks and in many cases the extra material was equally as good as the original studio record. There are also deluxe reissues of Aqualung (2011) and Thick As A Brick (2012) that are well worth obtaining.
Pink Floyd - In addition to the regular 2011 reissues of the Pink Floyd catalog there are also "Experience Editions" available for Dark Side Of The Moon, Wish You Were Here and The Wall. These editions each contain a bonus disc of extra material and they are definitely worth spending a few extra dollars to get them. |

What Re-issues? They only reissued Sound Of White Noise. They actually reissued Stomp 442 in 2001 with these bonus tracks:
12. Grunt & Click 13. Dethroned Emperor (Celtic Frost Cover) 14. Celebrated Summer (Hüsker Dü Cover) 15. Watchin' You (KISS Cover)
Also reissued in 2003 was Volume 8 with these bonus tracks:
16. Giving the Horns 17. The Bends (Radiohead cover) 18. Snap / I'd Rather Be Sleeping (D.R.I. cover)
I know this for a fact because I own them.
Those are some interesting cover tunes. I do not care for Bush-era 'Thrax, but I'd be interested to hear some of those covers.

Same here. I have managed to get all but two. I've been lucky enough to score a couple of them used over the years since then, but I've all but given up on finding the rest of the ones I'm missing without paying stooopid $$$ for'em. These Iron Maiden 2 disc re releases were good but if your after just the bonus material then it may be cheaper to pick up the eddies archive boxset. I'm not sure how much it goes for these days but I picked it up on release and it has a great selection of rare goodies and includes all of the stuff that was on the second discs of these re releases.

| The re-issue CD that I have for Deathrow - Raging Steel included a demo from when they were still called Samhain. That demo was my intro to the band way back when, so it was great to hear it again! | |

| Mercyful Fate's deluxe edition of Melissa has some great radio sessions and demo material. The bonus track Black Masses is my favorite MF song. No earthly clue why that wasn't put on the actual album. | |

If I remember correctly, eddies archive does not have everything. I have that too though.

Damn now that you mentioned it I sort of remember these being re-released. The only reissue I have of theirs is Among The Living. _________________

| I also liked the Gamma Ray re-issues. The bonus tracks were cool on those. The recent Nektar re-issues have some cool bonus material on them too. _________________ | |
