This album has not been posted about in a while, so...
One of my fav 80's Metal albums - straight from Fat Freddy's back yard [see how clever I am to tie thid into that other post???].
This, Exxplorer - Symphonies of Steel and Overkill - Feel The Fire got played every single day for alot of days in a row. And Metal Massacre 3-6 as well.

"Poverty Metal"?? Have never heard that term...But damn accurate! I am stealing that term [get it?]!!!! I totally get what you are saying though. Low production, below average talent, from Philly, etc.... [another sideways slam!!! boo-ya!]. Still love that album though.

If Krank were from Philly, that would technically put them in MetalGuy71's backyard, not mine. I know, I know, Jersey and Pennsylvania are neighbors 'n' all that, I'm just sayin'.
I'll gladly take credit for Overkill and Exxplorer, though. Tr00 arcane Noo Jerzy Steele!!

Encyclopedia Metallum says these guys were active in the Philly/S. Jersey area from 1982 to 1987, which was a little before my time. I didn't "discover" heavy metal till about 1985-86, so these guys woulda flown well under my novice radar.

I used to own this on cassette. It would be nice to find a copy on disc.
