| Still haven't gotten to check out the 3-D unfortunately. I kind of wish they would have done a CD release for this show. From Hastings. At first I was all excited to get the digibook for what was a killer price. Thought they had marked it wrong. By the end of the week Amazon had them in a similar price range. Glad I didn't pay a collector price online for it. Of course for me any Jaws money is money well spent. " /> | |

| For a dollar at the Elks yearly yard sale. " /> For .50 from Hastings. Will have to wait for when I'm in the mood for something like this. Popped it in to see if it would play and just wasn't feeling like a flick like this. " /> | |

| Just visited a newly opened Dollar General store the next town over, and scored a previously viewed copy of "Tucker and Dale Vs. Evil" for 1.99...woohoo!! _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| From Acts thrift store. Funny I almost bought Christine back in the day on dvd release for like 27 bucks. But held off all these years to get it for a buck. Almost considered the blu-ray version from a specialty house too. I'll stick with this. " /> | |

| Picked up these two off Amazon: Been really looking forward to a properly remastered and subtitled release of this late '70s classic anime for quite a while. Always been meaning to pick this up as I always hear good things about this series of movies and right now it's down to $10 for a three movie blue-ray set! | |

| Octopussy is quite a bit dumber honestly. I saw Moonraker in the theater when I was 9 and I thought it rocked. I've been a fan ever since and revisited it several times over the years. It also features one of the best John Barry scores of the series.

| I also saw it at the cinema (I'd have been and loved it! But I was 8 and now I just can't stand how the later Moore films were so cartooney. It did get worse with Octopussy, but Moonraker was the beginning. | |

| Moonraker is a sentimental fave for me cuz it was the first 007 movie I saw, and it made me a fan for life (I was 9 when it came out). At the time I didn't know anything about James Bond, or that Moonraker was part of a series that went back almost 20 years by then... all I knew was that it had guys shooting each other with laser guns in it, and that was all I needed! Haha.
My fave Moore 007 is "The Spy Who Loved Me," I never get tired of that one. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| Honestly, the only Roger Moore movies that really hold up in any way are The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker (well, at least part of it) and For Your Eyes Only.
Live & Let Die and The Man With The Golden Gun (while being sentimental favorites) are really just laughably cheesy, each containing some good set pieces but when looked at as a whole it's not really "Bond".
No comment on Octopussy and View To A Kill...

Those along with Never Say Never were my introductions to Bond. I still have a great love for all three. Admittedly it's more nostalgia than anything. For a dollar from gohastings on the Friday the 13th documentary and the Searching For SugarMan was in the Target discount bin for three bucks. " /> | |

| I'm all stocked up for the Halloween movie season. Just picked up this set of 12 cheesy horror flicks for 5.99 at the Rite Aid around the corner: The flicks include "Ice Cream Man" w/Clint Howard (which sold me on this set), "Devil in the Flesh" and its sequel, "Jack Frost 2," "Within the Rock," "Night Feeders" and "The Fear: Halloween Night." Woohoo! Bring on Schlock-Tober!!! _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

I saw "Ice Cream Man" years 'n' years ago (prob when it was first released on VHS) ... it was one of those deals where I saw it in the video store and went "Wow, this looks totally retarded, I have to see it"... and it WAS... but in a totally awesome way. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| I have a rule that says if Clint Howard is in it - I watch and enjoy it. Wish I could find the MTV Lifetime achievement highlight video they did for him. That may have been the last thing I ever watched on there that I thought was great. Some old favorites on blu that I couldn't resist for a cheap price " /> | |
