Great thread! I love this type of stuff also. I am especially fond of releases from the early 90's, when I feel this style was really thriving, albeit sorta in the underground.

Also, can someone help me out; I saw a thread here a while back about a new female fronted Hard Rock (rather than full on Metal) band. I cant find the thread, but I think the band or its release had Wolf in it. Anyone know whom I might reffering to?

Anyway, a then future Foreigner singer made some stuff in the mid-'70s that kinda fits into this thread
