I saw both movies, 'Horrible Bosses' was funnier as hell, great performances all around, Kevin Spacey ruled as a complete bastard
I have to agree with you 'Batman: Mask of the Phantom' was well made, better then "Batman & Robin' that is for sure.

My kids and I have been watchin' re-runs of "Batman: The Animated Series" on the "Hub" network lately and I'm still amazed at how good that show was. It picked up where the Tim Burton films left off but it had a look and feel of its own, I love the retro- '40s-yet-still-modern look of Gotham City in these 'toons. Any random episode of the series totally blows away either of the Joel Schumacher "Batman" films.
I'd seen "Mask..." years ago but watching the old episodes of the show gave me a jones to see it again. I also have the second feature-length spin off "Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero" to watch sometime this week.

My son is getting into it too. I never watched it in it's original run back in the early 90's, but watching it now with him, I'm impressed how good it is.

I watched the "Batman" toon on and off during its early 90s heyday... I used to record it cuz I was usually working when it aired in the afternoons, after a while I had a couple of VHS tapes filled up with episodes.
Till it started showing on the Hub channel I hadn't seen it in probably fifteen years or so. Now I'm hooked all over again.
My kids love Harley Quinn, the Joker's girl sidekick. They think she's hilarious. Especially when she calls the Joker "Puddin'."

Yea, I like her too. She helps lighten up the mood a bit when it gets a little too dark. Especially for a kids cartoon. My boy's only 4, so I gotta be careful it doesn't get too scary for him. I don't need him having nightmares over a stupid cartoon.
The one we were watching the other night had a terminator-like robot impersonating Batman. After a big fight with the "real" Batman, half of his faced was ripped off, exposing the red-eyed exo-skelaton. It was a little creepy.

Yeah, we saw that one too. Didn't freak my kids out, but there was an episode with the Scarecrow a while ago that got them real bad. Haha.
You wanna see a fun one, in the late 90s the "Batman" show did a crossover special with the "Superman" animated series called "The Batman/Superman Movie: World's Finest" that's available on DVD.
The Joker and Lex Luthor team up in this one, and there's a hella funny scene where the two of them are having a nice leisurely business chat while their respective female sidekicks (Harley Quinn and Luthor's bodyguard "Mercy") are beating the crap out of each other in the background.

Loved the Batman Animated Series. My favorite villan was the dummy Scarface. The whole idea of a mentally derranged ventriloquist who creates a dummy for his alter ego and letting him take control was creepy, yet cool. The whole show was just so entertaining.

The makers of the animated series certainly understood the Batman character way better than Joel Schumacher did.

"Con Air" (1997)
Nicolas Cage is a parolee hitchin' a flight home on a prison transfer plane that happens to be loaded to the brim with some of the nation's most notorious criminals. They, of course, stage a takeover of the plane in mid-flight and Cage has to play hero so he can get home to see his wife and daughter. Silly as hell, but it's got a great cast (including John Cusack, John Malkovich, Steve Buscemi, Dave Chapelle and Danny Trejo) and an extensive amount of mayhem. Tons o'shoot'em up, blow-em-up fun!
