I dig Bale, but Mike Keaton was a kick arse Batman imho.

The Tim Burton style is not for everybody but if I were to rank them

I haven't seen Clooney's "Batman & Robin" in a while (and honestly have no desire to ever subject myself to it again anytime soon) but to be honest, I thought he would've been a pretty cool Batman if he hadn't gotten trapped in the worst film in the franchise's history. Joel Schumacher should've been boiled in oil for that travesty.

I seem to remember liking his scenes as Bruce Wayne better than any of his predecessors.

Clooney was the worst as Batman...IMO..but that could have been the writing/direction combo...

Keaton was cool...

Kilmer was boring...

Bale is cool...but I do wish he'd have chosen a better, more sinister voice approach than the "death metal" thing...

Yea, I think Clooney could've been a cool Batman. He just got stuck in a crap-tacular movie.

The girlies and I saw the new Spider Man yesterday. We liked it. My youngest said she didn't always like how Peter acted, but we liked it overall.

I'm still waiting for ANY Spider Man movie to have a lead actress who's actually hot. Hate both the choices of Dunst and Stone.

Stone is a very good actress, her "hotness" is not a measurement of her talent as I think acting ability outshines whether they look like a playboy model or not.

It's Spider Man, not Shakespear, I just think they could do better.

Dang, some deranged lunatic has just ruined the film, World Premiere cancelled and adds already pulled from TV, Wow I wonder if this sort of publicity will scare potential movie goers this is just tragic, 12 dead and close to 60 injured

Sensless tragedy, my heart goes to their families. Unfortunatly, now the speculation on why he did this will run rampant, people tend to jump to hasty conclusions without proper evidence in these situations.

Just got back from seeing The Dark Knight Rises. Very good movie, better than Begins, not as good as The Dark Knight. I was VERY surprised that Warner Bros let Christopher Nolan do exactly what he wanted in the movie, he's that rare director that can do whatever he wants, even with one of the best known fictional characters of all time. The darkest of the series and quite possibly the darkest super hero movie ever filmed.

The ending fitted the Nolan Batman movies, whether that is good or bad, time will tell.

Just got back from The Amazing Spiderman, I for one loved it!

From the standpoint of someone who grew up watching the 90's animated series, it seemed a lot closer to that than the Tobey Mcquire movies came; I was quite satisfied with almost everything about it.

Hopefully if there's more than one sequel we'll get a Spiderman movie which does the character of Venom justice

Damn straight! Still waiting for Avengers to get to the discount theater so I can see that again as well.

I loved 'The Dark Knight Rises' and loved they sort of tied the story up at the end, but also left it wide open for the fan boy

Saw the new Batman yesterday and thought it was great. Although Bane's voice got overly cartoony in several spots for my liking. I even wound up laughing in a few spots due to how high pitch and whiny his voice got in a few spots.....I assume that wasn't the right reaction. lol Between that and Bale's death metal Batman voice I just didn't know what to think. haha

Other than that minor annoyance I thought the movie was really good and I really liked the ending.

I might go see the new Spidey today or tomorrow.

I did notice the second one in particular. I really liked the movies anyways.

I plan on seeing The Dark Knight Rises with my father this weekend.
