Unless I missed something (things got a little hectic in our house towards the end of the show),I'm curious to see how they'll explain how the inmates were able to survive that long (if they were still in their cells).It was a great premiere though.

The zombies in riot gear were a nice touch. Especially when they tore the gas mask off that one guy and his whole face & head came off with it, and his skull was still chompin' away! Friggin' brutal!!

The amount of carnage in the two episodes thus far this season has already made up for how slow the show was for most of Season 2...

Both episodes so far have been awesome!!

How's everyone diggin' the season thus far?
I hate to say it, but I'm kinda glad that Rick's wife is gone... she's been an irritant virtually since the first episode.

Very good ! Much better than season 2 for sure. Although I didn't mind Lori going, I thought losing T-Dog was an error. I would have loved to see him confront Merle once there's the inevitable meet up with the characters and the people of Woodbury.

Definately making up for last season in the zombie whack-a-mole dept. Nice cliff-hanger at the end.

Sad but inevitable, he's been wearing a red shirt since the 1st episode. Carol was more of a surprise as well as how soon they took Lori out.
