| The Cult - Choice Of Weapon
Amazon download because it's $4 cheaper than the cheapest CD rate. I think so far this year I've downloaded about 75% as many albums as I've purchased on CD. I guess this dinosaur is finally starting to go digital. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

It's now under the FYE umbrella, but still basically the same store. I've been a loyal Manifest customer going back to the original store in Columbia 25 yrs ago.

I have about the first 4 Gathering albums and I can't remember a damn thing about any of them including Mandylion. Too proggy for me I think. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I don't think Mandylion or Nighttime Birds are proggy at all. They definitely began heading that way on Nighttime Birds, but just a bit. They went full-on experimental with the next one, How To Measure A Planet? And it's brilliant, if you ask me. I've loved everything they've done, but there's some really special about those first two with Anneke on vocals.
