Dokken Question

I know that way way back Don Dokken filled in for Klaus Meine with the scorpions. Does anyone know if any recordings of this exist?

Not that I'm aware of. Technically he didn't "fill in" for Meine, Klaus was recovering from throat surgery so Don provided some backing vox and scratch/"guide" vocals for the rest of the band to work around while Klaus got better.

The rumor was that a relatively unknown singer Don Dokken did the 'scratch tracks' for whatever album the Scorps were recording at the time (Blackout?) while Klaus was recovering from throat surgery. They're probably demo quality at best. I don't believe he ever sang with them live or anything like that.

Don't know if any of those tapes ever surfaced though.
