Didn't know about this, but Amazon has postponed the date of it's release, so it must have been scheduled for a while.

I noticed the writer (Joe Layden) also worked on the "Mustaine: A Heavy Metal Memoir" book.

Anybody read that one? If it's good, I'll probably pick up both of these at some point.

The Mustaine book is pretty good. Looking forward to the Frehley one too.

This is probably the only rock bio I'm interested in.

It will be interesting to see what Ace says about his days in KISS. I'm sure Gene and his lawyers are reading over the 1st edition with a big black magic marker as we speak.

I read a lot of hard rock and heavy metal biographies. I read Mustaine earlier this year, or was it late last year, and just finished reading I Am Ozzy. Both books were good, but Ozzy was especially entertaining. He has a great sense of humor about himself that translate well on the written page.

Currently, I'm reading He Who Thinks Has To Believe for the second time, with the Keith Richard's autobiography on deck.

I'll snag it for sure.

I remember reading awhile back that it was to come out this past April obviously it got rescheduled I just wish there was some OFFICIAL word
