| I went with Sanctuary! In my opinion one of the best albums made my any band ever. I'm serious, there are few albums I enjoy as much as Refuge Denied. | |

| Trouble - Run to the Light
I know it's not commercially appealing like GNR's Appetite... but It's a great album and totally underrated.

| I can't lie, I was into the Guns sound like just about everyone else. I saw them in 1988 at the Coronado Theater w/UDO and Zodiac Mindwarp. I wish that I had been a bigger UDO/Accept fan than I was at the time. I remember UDO signing autographs for his new album Animal House at the local NRM in town. Anyways, the show was really loud, and my ears rang for the better part of three days (scared the hell out of me).
1. Guns - Appetite for Destruction 2. Def Leppard - Hysteria 3. Whitesnake - Whitesnake 4. Dokken - Back For the Attack 5. DIO - Dream Evil 6. Savatage - Hall of the Mountain King 7. Sanctuary - Refuge Denied

| I went with Dokken from that list, but over all from 87, Death's Scream Bloody Gore is my favorite. | |

| I voted for Savatage, although I would have liked to have seen Manilla Road's "Mystification" and Running Wild's "Under Jolly Roger" included in the poll. | |

| GNR - Appetite
some of my fave bands are on the top ten, but none of them were as solid in every single song, and sound..and I am not even a huge GNR fan but that was one heck of an album!

Agreed! That's a pretty seminal album. I was 13, and those songs are still great to me.
