Jani Lane - Back Down To One
I just picked that one up myself not too long ago. Very catchy. Sorta reminds me of Butch Walker's solo work. Not as clever, but similiar.

Great you bought the new TOKYO BLADE cd, really a good one. About OCTOBER 31, they are always great, specialy the first ep and first cd in my opinion. Cool you bought a TSHIRT by the band too. Also i have to say that i like NAZARETH from the 80s and i think that 2XS is the best from that era. To be honest, i think that many of those glory 70s heavy rock bands released really good albums during the 80s, but many people just didnt care about them anymore. I am talking about UFO, DEEP PURPLE, URIAH HEEP, BLUE OYSTER CULT etc...

This is the only Headhunter album I have, it's pretty cool although not quite as aggressive as Destruction. I'm a huge Saxon fan, although I had to listen to "Dogs of War" a few times to really get into it. "Unleash the Beast" is still my favorite of their '90s albums. As for Accept, "Restless" is good but I'm a much bigger fan of "Breaker" and BTTW. Regarding October 31, I don't own any of their albums but "Commit to Sin" is a killer song!

You guys need to get all of Headhunter's catalog. My favorite is REBIRTH. Great power metal with rough vocals. I'm surprised that you don't have all of them, krokus. You pretty much have everything else!

Yes I think it is outstanding. Not many know of October 31 outside of the these groups and I just ordered the remaining 3 October 31's cds I diodn't have. I've known King Fowley for about 10 years and he's always hooked me up with some rarities. He has an unbelievable collection of metal. I've always been a huge Nazareth fan and I finally have every studio album ever made which is 24 studio albums and some other live material as well. Yes I believe those bands in the 80's did put out some good material but did get ignored but true followers never quit on them.

Never heard that Rory Gallagher disc that guy is incredible, sadly by the time I discovered his music he had already passed away, never heard of him growing up I guess in the States he did not make a big impact which makes no sense.

Let me know what you think of that one. I had some high expectations that sadly it didn't live up too. It's slowly starting to grow on me after a few weeks now, but I wanted to really love that one. I dig that singer on White Wizzard's ep.
