Same with me. I can't stand that guy, so I kinda knew even before I paid for it that picking that disc up was probably gonna be a bad idea. Unfortunately my KISS fanboy-hood won out over my hatred of Mark Slaughter. Vinnie's "Lookit me, I gots me a pink Flying V, I'm a guitar god, I'm gonna be the next Eddie Van Halen" fretboard masturbation might've been more palatable if he had a halfway decent singer, but Mark Slaughter sounds like someone who has something permanently stuck up his nose and is whining about how he can't dislodge it. His "voice" actually causes me physical pain.

I too cannot stand his vocals.And keep in mind,that was they guy they wanted all along and had lost his contact information before the recording of the first VVV.

I'm not even sure where Rapid Eye Movement falls in their discography (New? Old?). I saw they had a number of albums out and just went with the least expensive.

Kix (my favorite from them), Beautiful Creatures (not as good as their debut but still good IMO). and Hanoi Rocks (one of the progenitors of the glam/sleaze genre I love).

I know, that's why I love that particular used CD store, I always walk away with something great. BTW, I remember you talking about Beautiful Creatures which is why I picked it up.

The debut album from Beautiful Creatures is definitely better IMO but I think the second one is worth the price you paid for it.
