- Hardline - Double Eclipse (swapacd)
This thing is incredible! I can't get it out of my cd player. Is the rest of their catalogue this good? If I'm thinking correctly this is the only release they put out. I do know the singer of Hardline was and may still be singing for Axel Rudi Pell. No. They have two more, I believe. One is somewhat recent, too. I have all three studio albums, they also have a live album. Double Eclipse is by far the best, but II from 2002 and Leaving the end open from 2009 are also worth getting I agree with Olaf. All three are good albums! _________________ | |

| Went to Dimple to see if they had The Sword on vinyl(they didn't have any Sword) and snagged these instead. I picked up a used Bob Ludwig digitally remastered copy after reading that the 2010 reissue got the Death Magnetic treatment. I like dynamics in my old dynamic music. Since I love the Crowes and never seen it here before, I picked it up and used my points to get it half off. | |

First your Megadeth hoodie, now your iPod. Better get some new friends, dude. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

| Some more additions: Colossus - ...And the Rift of the Pandimensional Undergods (Thanks Shawn of Fire) Grand Magus - Monument Monster Magnet - 25...TAB SOD - Speak English or Die (Platinum Edition w/bonus tracks) Jimi Hendrix - Valleys of Neptune Those last 2 I got last night at the local FYE while looking for the new Stryper. Finally found something decent in the used section after striking out for so long. I haven't heard that SOD album in years. When I popped it in on my ride to work this morning, I was instantly taken back 20 years to my misspent youth. Ahhhh, good times. That Hendrix album is pretty sweet too. I wasn't really looking for it, but FYE had a sale on used cds, so I had to buy at least 2 to get the discount. 3 spins already this morning. I think it's a keeper. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. S.O.D= Never owned an actual copy myself. Just a dubbed tape from eons ago that went bye-bye. I wanted to get it on cd when that Platinum edition came out, then I kinda lost interest over the years. I wasn't sure how well the humor would hold up in the eyes of MG 2011 as opposed to the MG of 1991. It only took a coupla seconds of 'March of the SOD' and I was right back there. 'What's That Noise' cracks me up. Classic!! _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. I am glad you like the "new" Hendrix album, it is amazing to me 41 years after his passing, his work in progress songs sound better then most artists completed songs, and that his music still sounds fresh. I love the album, but then again I am huge Hendrix fanboy. | |
