Vinnie Vincent Invasion - ALL SYSTEMS GO (2003 reissue) - which blew goats so it's going straight to my trade pile. Seriously, if ever there was an album that deserves the cheese emoticon (), it's this one. Good Lord, what an appalling heap of overproduced, wanky, Chipmunk-screamy crap. I should've just taken the three bucks I spent on it and set it on fire. It would've been less painful.

DeathCult, President of the Vinnie Vincent Preservation Society, ain't gonna like that!!

I had that album at one point as well (the original, not reissue). While I didn't quite find it as horrible as you apparently do, I'm not a fan of Mark Slaughter. His voice gets on my nerves. I think I sold it on ebay for quite a bit more than I originally paid for it. So it wasn't all bad.

Same with me. I can't stand that guy, so I kinda knew even before I paid for it that picking that disc up was probably gonna be a bad idea. Unfortunately my KISS fanboy-hood won out over my hatred of Mark Slaughter. On my way out to the car I sez to myself "ehh, who knows, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised..." but as soon as I pressed "play," ummmmm...nope.

Vinnie's "Lookit me, I gots me a pink Flying V, I'm a guitar god, I'm gonna be the next Eddie Van Halen" fretboard masturbation might've been more palatable if he had a halfway decent singer, but Mark Slaughter sounds like someone who has something permanently stuck up his nose and is whining about how he can't dislodge it. His "voice" actually causes me physical pain.
