Joey Ramone passed away on this date in 2001. Crankin' some of the Bruddahs in tribute.

Wow. Has it really been 19 years since his passing? That just doesn't seem fair. And check this...I was wearing my Ramones t-shirt yesterday. It just happened to be on the top in the t-shirt drawer. Coincidence or divine intervention? You decide.

Bought a Marky Ramone double cd “ Start of the century “. 49 songs. Only $6 bucks. One CD is in concert doing all Ramone numbers. It was really a fun listen. Especially in the summer afternoon.

I was a "sick" Ramones fan when I was 16 . Didn't last long tho , as I had one compilation ("Ramones Mania") and one album ("Rocket to Russia") but when I started to get into darker music like Megadeth I just gave up on them , because they sounded too "happy" to my growing Metallic tastes ...

Well, you're entitled to your opinion... even if it's wrong.

Everyone seems to forget about "Dickey" Ramone, he knocked up Jennifer Jason Leigh in "Fast Times" and left her hanging.
