I love both these bands. Usually Destruction are talked about in the same breath as well. Sodom, Kreator, Destruction, which do you prefer.

I easily like Sodom and Kreator more than Destruction, but to pick between those two is quite difficult. I like them both pretty equally.

I would say SODOM. They never sold out like KREATOR did in the past.

KREATOR didn't "sell out" they experimented. BIG difference. I would have to go with German thrash kings KREATOR, only since I am more familiar with their music. And I LOVE Millie's vocals.

I would say that Sodom experimented as well, just not as drastic as Kreator. As for the topic, it's Destruction, then Sodom, then Kreator. Or is it reversed? They are all great IMO

I like Kreator more, but i think Sodom had better albums throughout mid 90's than Kreator who were going more experimental, Sodom seemed to get heavier. Though, Kreator have really returned to form with there last 3 albums, they have been killer.

Kreator have indeed experimented new sounds, but overall, I prefer them over Sodom.

Thats true, just look at DESTRUCTION without schmier, for exemple. SODOM stayed true to thrash metal and never experiment a lot with strange sounds.

I must admit being bothered at times by Sodom's vocals. They tend to give me a headache whenever i listen to them straight for a while.
