| I listened to Endless Pain for the very first time, and other than Extreme Aggression, I'm not familiar with their other works. But, as far as Endless Pain goes, I really liked Storm of the Beast, Cry War, and Dying Victims. What are your thoughts on their first album?
As I hear more Kreator albums, I'll post my opinions on them. | |

| Endless Pain is okay...but they really hit their stride with Pleasure To Kill and Terrible Certainty. The brutality factor was still there...but they became much more polished in their execution.
One of the best thrash bands of the 80's. |

| I would rank Endless Pain as my 4th fave Kreator album after Coma Of Souls, Extreme Agression and Pleasure To Kill. And they are one of the best thrash bands ever. | |

I lost track of them for most of the 90s but I was pleasantly surprised to hear how well the older releases stand up and also that they managed to branch out and try some new things (Endorama, etc). Coma Of Souls was one of my favorites from the old days...especially the track "Terror Zone". |

| Kreator is awesome. I got into them only cause they were from Germany and I thought they were going to sound like Helloween lol. When my friend finally gave me a copy of one of their albums I think it was Terrible Certainty I was surprised that they sounded nothing alike haha. I did like the band though and they grew on me. Loved the song Toxic Trace. When I picked up Endless Pain for the first time I was surprised to hear it was the same band cause it was horrible and Mille wasnt even the vocalist at the time. I only had it for a short time then ended up getting rid of it. A while back Locky had one up for trade and I ended up getting it again to just complete my Kreator collection. Listening to it again I still dont think its that great but its not as bad as I had first thought. Im glad they ended up changing the vocals on Pleasure to Kill because that album is probably one of my all time favorites. So if you havent heard that one yet it is a must buy. They really dont have too many band albums. Theres a couple experimental ones which arent so bad but now their putting out albums that you would expect them to do and they have been great. Cant wait for the new one to be finished. _________________ | |

| Loved Coma Of Souls but haven't had/heard it in over 8 years. Kreator is on the long list of great thrash bands whose albums I keep an eye out for at the used stores-haven't had much luck with that. | |

| I love Extreme Aggression. I have Pleasure to Kill, but the production isn't all that great, although that's part of the mystique for some folks. A few years ago I picked up a compilation of Kreator's 90s material, and I thought it was pretty bad, considering the fact that I was accustomed to the 80s sound. However, I purchased the "new" album Enemy of God, and it's absolutely amazing. I hate to use the phrase "return to form", but I think it's pretty appropriate for this latest album. Although I was reluctant to buy it at first, because of the title, I ended up getting it after I discovered that this album was not at all antiChristian in nature. Fantastic work by these fellas! | |

| I just listened to Pleasure to Kill. It's a little better than Endless Pain. If I had to choose any favorites, they would be Riot of Violence and Carrion. | |

The best version of "Riot Of Violence" (my favorite Kreator song) is on the "Out of the Dark, Into The Light" EP, it's one of the live tracks. |
