Seems another politician has been caught using a band's song as a "theme" for their campaign...without letting the band know. I also find it somewhat hilarious that a US Senate hopeful is using a song from a Canadian band in his fundraising commercial.

As the article says, at least he seems to be a fan of the band and this wasn't some idea dreamed up by an ad agency.

How many times has this happened now?

When are these guys gonna learn that you have to check with the band before you use their music, no matter what your agenda might be? Or maybe they're going by the old "we'll do it till we get caught, then stop" philosophy?
