$4.00 from the cheap DVD bin @ Walgreens. Never seen this one but I love me a good paranoid/sci-fi conspiracy flick; and besides, I would like to do things to Nicole Kidman that are illegal in 48 states so I'll watch just about any damn thing with her in it.

Good one Chewie, would love to get my hands on a copy of that.
I got this today, I never knew they made a follow up to the original.

Fight Factory seem to distribute a lot of small budget action films. People like Wesley Snipes, Steven Seagal etc. Some are decent films but you can tell they're made cheaply.

OK... What is this and has anyone seen it? I was putting RNR High School into my Netflix Queue when this popped up... had to add it... it sounds sooo bad.
Rock 'n' Roll Nightmare
1987 R 89 minutes
When metal band the Tritons puts on their first show at the farmhouse they've settled into, strange beasts begin to crawl out of the woodwork -- not surprising since the family that lived there last disappeared. Bodybuilder-rocker Jon Mikl Thor stars as the lead singer in this 1980s metal/horror classic directed by John Fasano. Also includes a documentary featurette about Thor titled "Revelations of a Rock 'n' Roll Warrior."

Heard of this one but sadly (or perhaps not, haha) I've never seen it. That cheeseball Thor is in it so you know it's gonna be bad.

I've seen it. Only for lovers of "So bad it's good" type films. I personally didn't care for it. It does seem to have something of a little cult fan base.

It's hilariously awful. The "horror" is delightfully laugable. Sooooo worth a rental though.

While in the supermarket today I picked up a cheapie ($1.99) triple feature zombie movie compilation DVD... the original "Night of the Living Dead" is on there, along with some other old B&W movie I can't remember the name of off the top of my head, but the main reason I got it was because of the third feature... the semi legendary HARD ROCK ZOMBIES (1985)
WARNING: Trailer contains boobies and gore. NSFW.
Never seen this movie but I've been hearing about it for years and years. Can't wait to check it out!!

Seriously, within the sub-genre of "heavy metal horror" films, this one made "Black Roses" look like "Citizen Kane"

I was at Big Lots and picked these up:
$3 The Big Tease: The Craig Ferguson Show cracks me up, I hope this is funny
$3 Beverly Hills Cop: I've always loved this movie and I got it cheap.
$8 Simon & Simon - Season One: Was a fan of this show in my youth.
