Just picked this up from the bargain bin @ the supermarket for five bucks:



I still haven't seen this entire movie (just the last half of it, on TV a while ago) and I wasn't terribly impressed with what I did see, but for that price, what the hell, it's my Comic Book Geek Duty to give the entire film a fair shake.

I picked up Once Upon a Time in the West on DVD from a local store which is going out of business.

Just a great, thought-provoking film.

So true. Funny thing is I had to watch it for a class years back and thought I would just fast forward through it out of boredom. I ended up watching it twice. Amazing film. And that soundtrack is my favorite Morricone too.

Opinions seem to be split on it, either people dug it or they hated it. I have to say that what little I did see of it on TV wasn't really impressive, but then I walked into it in the middle, so to speak, so I really want to see the entire film before making the "it rules" or "it sucks" call.

I liked 'Superman Returns' and I hope they make another one.

OK, not a movie, per se, but I just bought Family Guy: Volume Eight on DVD.
