From the little I heard, it doesn't sound too bad, and I'll probably get it at some point, but it's not a top priority at the moment. Richard's a talented drummer and from listening to him on the Howard Stern show, he seems like a nice guy, so I want to see him have some success with this project.

I actually like the song a lot, but the drums irk me. It's like, "Okay, Richard! Damn. We get it! You can play fast. Now cut the crap!" It's like Christy is trying to prove how metal he is because he's been making an ass of himself on Stern for so long.

Nah, sounded like rehashed death metal with ripper screaming on top of it. Nothing new or exciting to me.

I thought it was pretty intense on the first listen. Kinda like a death metal band without the WOOOOARRRRRGH vox. (Which is just fine by me as I hate WOOOOARRRRGH vox.)
By the second listen, I could kinda see what Eyesore sez about Christy's drumming; it's like "Yeah, yeah, OK, you're awesome, we get it, knock it off..."
By the third listen/viewing I was thinking "Damn, how long is the hose on that guy's gas mask anyway?"
Not bad but I'd like to check out some more of tunes before I make a "buy" decision.

I didn't care for the song the first time I heard it, but it's growing on me. They played a few short clips on the Stern show again and I kinda dug the little I heard. I'd probably get it cheap.

Haha if you like this song you'll like the album. I think the reason why I like it so much is cause the music could be death metal but with the vocals not being that way makes it better. I think the cd is awesome. If the crazy drumming bothers you though.... well your just crazy the guys awesome lol

I'm still interested in hearing their "Nice Dreams" cover.
Hopefully Ripper has done a good job of it and they've changed it up a bit.

I wouldn't say it "bothers" me, it just seems like he's needlessly showing off (especially towards the beginning of the song, it's like he's not even playing the same song as the other guys!)... I mean, c'mon, we all know the guy's got skillz already...

Yeah, it's cool but it doesn't fit the song.
Like I said ... needs songwriting.
That kinda how I felt the first time I heard it. Richard sounds great and Ripper sounds great, but it's like they are playing 2 different songs mashed together.

I thought I heard that too on the first couple of listens but after a while I got it.

As a Ripper fanboy I usually don't have to investigate but after that song I need to hear more. I kept wanting them to slow down, who are they emulating? Dragonforce?

Great vocalist, great drummer, great bassist, but who the heck is the guitarist? Saw a photo of him and he looks like a goofball.

I think the guitarist was from a metalcore band or something.
