| Even though our season is effectively over, I loved that Carolina defeated Favre and the Vikings...AND sacked Favre 4 times in the process. |

| Well, the Giants rolled but there's zero inspiration to take away from throttling the pathetic 'Skins.
I'm sorry, but Jason Campbell is the biggest joke. I have not for the life of me ever figured out how he was ever a #1 draft pick out of Auburn. He stinks and he's proven it year in and year out for what...5 years now!? Why do they keep going with this guy? Hell I'd go with a Troy Smith before a Campbell. That team has drafted and traded so poorly over the last decade. It's going to be years before they can recover. Sad to see any team like that but especially one with great tradition and history.

nope. I dont mind it at all. The Redskins can sit in the cellar forever, unless of course the cowboys want to join them. _________________

| I felt bad for Favre - on his way to engineer an awesome OT comeback over the bears, and AP FUMBLES the ball and loses the game!!!!!!!
AND if Longwell hadn't missed the first extra point, not OT and the game would have been over!!!!!
I guess you can throw in the piss poor special teams by the vikes too.....
Despite all of that, Favre almost brought them back. Man, that guy is good!!!!

Despite all of that, Favre almost brought them back. Man, that guy is good!!!! First, in defense of Longwell, the kick was block. That is the line's fault. Secondly, AD (All Day) needs to stop the fumbles. If he wants to be considered the greatest, he NEEDS to hold on to the ball. Just checked the stats on ESPN, and through three years, AD already has 20 fumbles. I think he can correct himself, but he needs to get it out of the way. He doesn't want to be remember for an Earnest Byner-type moment*. *Just to clarify, if it wasn't for Byner, the Browns wouldn't have been in position to even be in that game, let alone tie it. He doesn't deserve the bad rap he often gets.

Kluwe bobbled the place hold and he didn't miss it, it was blocked. Favre is a great quarterback, but it's not his fault when the offensive line lets the entire defense through on every play. Apparently they never practice holding onto the ball during practice with AP, because he is the most fumbling running back in the league and has been since he started. Our secondary is terrible, we leave wide receivers wide open in the end zone. It's ridiculous. The magic is gone Vikings, it's time to start playing like you want to win a championship.

Yeah, I ain't blaming that loss on favre. no idea what's wrong with Winfield, i guess his foot never healed right. the Vikings safetys are piss-poor and the oline ain't much better. |
