There's also the Classic Metal sound that bands like Bison, Bible Of The Devil, etc are doing...

So far I only know the new wave of thrash bands like Warbringer,fueled by fired and merciless death.
But traditional heavy metal bands? can anyone share some?

For me it never left, but it left in the big magazines and many real heavy metal bands only released demos back in the mid 90s but now you can find many of the real metal bands in magazines, its all over the net (something we didnt had like 8 years ago), and many great cds are released. Some of the great heavy metal bands of today are PORTRAIT, CAULDRON, WITCHTIGER, ARMOUR, IN SOLITUDE, STORMWARRIOR(but not so new), WOLF (again, not so new), CRYSTAL VIPER, CAINS DINASTY, and a long etc... they are all keeping the flag of metal high and they are the real defenders of true metal today, in 2009. HAIL TO THEM, AND HAIL TO ALL THEIR FANS.

Im happy its all coming back.

I mostly enjoy enforcer and bullet.
