Favorite guitar solos.

my favorite changes from time to time cause I go through stages when I'll only be listening to Metal or Blues or Hippy Stuff. One that comes to mind is "Edge of Thorns" by Savatage with one of my favorite players, Criss Oliva doing the honors. The way it builds....then wham ! Amazing stuff
I also dig alot of stuff that Dave Pritchard did with Armored Saint.

Manic Street Preachers - Condemned To Rock N' Roll

I know that it's a somewhat overplayed song, but I have always liked the solo in Crazy Train. I like it when Randy seems to make it go higher halfway through. Also, in 7th Son, when it gets fast again and Dave and Adrian are just ripping back and forth is really cool. Peace.

The solo to Europe's Final Countdown is pretty sweet as well....honestly.

This song came on my mix a bit ago, and I'd forgotten how badass this solo work was. One of the best rock solos I've ever heard.
